Abstract
This article discusses the development of new drugs recently derived from the international pharmaceutical research. Also discussed is the tendency to develop new drugs while keeping in mind the possibility of a multinational market. Drugs, which were formerly an expression of the Medical and Therapeutic tradition of an individual country, have progressively decreased and have almost disappeared. The reasons for this tendency are also examined.
