Abstract
Present algorithms lack specificity when there are several drug candidates for an adverse drug reaction. The range of weightings for each of the factors has, therefore, been increased by extending the range to approximately ten scores for each factor. Each score is related to specific circumstances, thereby reducing the options of any user and one hopes the interperson variability. The total score indicates which adjective is used for the reaction, ie, possible, and so on. This is a personal scoring and, therefore, the weightings are disputable.
