Draw an over all picture of what a training program looks like in a given Asian context using GMTC as a case study. This is sort of like a philosophy of training cross-cultural missionaries in an Asian context. Following this, some of the key areas in training cross-cultural missionaries will be selected to show what further lessons could be learned.
