Abstract
This case study traces the development of an outcomes-based Training of Trainers program based in the Cordoba, Argentina, from its inception through two distinct phases of consultations, to the present state. The process outlined the gathering of key stakeholders, the examination of training assumptions including the development of a missionary trainer profile, and the identification of three modules that were foundational to this Master of Arts in Missionary Training. While describing the present state of the program, attention was given to the difficulty of developing and maintaining an outcomes-based program in the context of an academic institution where the marketability of such a specialized program remains tenuous. The article concludes by citing the need for further research and work.
