In spite of Brazil's internal struggles with injustice, inequality, and violence, this Latin American country has grown into a missions force, dispatching missionaries to nearly all parts of the world. This article explores the growth of Brazilian Protestantism from the Reformation Movement of the 16th Century and tracks the growth of its missions movement via a number of sending organizations, including Horizon Mission, Antioch Mission, and Presbyterian Association of Transcultural Mission.
