The author studied terminations from the Wycliffe Bible Translators, using the case method. The purpose of the study was to permit a new look at internal structures and procedures and to make recommendations for missionary care in a rapidly changing world. This article looks at those structures and procedures and suggests some refinements that will result in better care of Wycliffe members.
