Abstract
The organization of travel agencies and the difference between a manager and a counselor are presented in this article. The difficulty of identifying managerial skills is discussed, especially with regard to the fact that in many small agencies it is difficult to separate the manager and counselor, as the manager must also perform technical duties. Considering this problem, the content of a managerial training program for travel agents is described.
