Abstract
Because of population shifts to Sunbelt States, the United Church of Christ's Board of Homeland Ministries is “looking at the hard facts of demography” and giving major emphasis to starting new churches in southern and southwestern states, says board official Howard E. Spragg. The program has been dubbed the “Southern Rim Strategy.”
