Bruce McLeod, recently elected Moderator of the United Church of Canada and the youngest in its history, is the pastor of the Bloor Street United Church in Toronto. A graduate of the University of Toronto and of Emmanuel College, he took his doctorate at Union Theological Seminary, New York, where he served as student assistant to the late Paul E. Scherer.
