Abstract
In this department from time to time are published discussions of papers which have appeared in previous issues of this publication. These are presented in the belief that such discussion will result in bringing out additional information with respect to a given subject. The JOURNAL welcomes comments concerning papers which it publishes. When possible, additional data from the correspondent's re search should be incorporated. The editors of course reserve the right to decide whether comments will or will not be. published in this department.
