Abstract
Based upon theories previously shown to be consistent with experiments, equilibrium moisture data for some textile fibers are, in this report, extended to lower temperature regions than are covered by experiment. The characters of the regain at temperatures below the freezing point of water are included, with proper attention being given to the proportion of the water on the fiber which may be expected to remain unfrozen.
