In a previous paper [5] of this series, it was indicated that methods of forecast ing equilibrium data would be subsequently presented. It is therefore the purpose of this paper to discuss the methods used in extrapolating experimental equilibrium moisture regain data and to outline the procedures by which an entire family of equilibrium curves may be predicted with a minimum of experimental data.
