Abstract
The September issue of Textile Research contained a condensation of a pamphlet issued by the National Re sources Planning Board, entitled "After the War—Full Employment." We published this because we know that Dr. Hansen's ideas are given considerable weight by men in authority in Washington, and for that reason we felt they should be brought to the attention of our members.
Arthur Besse, president of the National Association of Wool Manufacturers and one of our Directors, disa grees with many of Professor Hansen's conclusions. We, therefore, were glad to offer him the opportunity of ex pressing his views. (Mr. Besse's letter follows.) Editor.
