Abstract
" The Algerian people is Moslem and is part of the Arab world " (dixit Ben Bâdis). — Moslim since the 1st/8th cen tury, it was ruled in its temporal and spiritual life by the Qur'ân (i.e. the Word of Allah as revealed by His Messenger Mohammed and made explicit by the actions, the saying and the silences of the latter).
