Abstract
We have designed and constructed a corporate tax model for the state of Pennsylvania to aid in forecasting revenues and in performing policy analysis. The model contains two sub- models. One submodel is broad-based and includes corpora tions from all industrial sectors and firms of all sizes. The other submodel includes only the largest corporate taxpayers. The models are used for policy simulations including forecasting tax revenue and estimating the financial impact of new legisla tion.
