Abstract
The examination of social systems requires the devel opment of flexible tools. This paper focuses on the court system, specifically on one of its most import ant areas, the effective operation of the jury system. The paper examines the management of juries and pre sents a simulation which can aid in developing new policies for using jurors more efficiently.
