Abstract
A root-locus plotting machine built from inexpensive com ponents is described. The device is primarily for demon strational use but may be used for design as well. The plotting board, mounted vertically on a dolly (which houses the auxiliary equipment) measures three by four feet. This makes the device useful even in large classrooms. A worked-out example is included.
