Abstract
This report marks a transition in associate editors from the MWSC. P. J. Hermann, who replaced Ben Clymer, has retired from the field of battle to the flatlands of lowa, where he will sit in his rocking chair, stroke his beard, and again consider, if only briefly, writing his PhD thesis. Your current editor is associated with the School of Mechanical Engineering at Purdue.
