The purpose of this report is to outline and explain the various methods used in simulating atomic re actors and processes, particularly the types used at the Hanford plant. This report describes the newer as well as the standard techniques used in reactor simulation. Applications are described by examples. The techniques used in a complete atomic reactor plant simulator are described.
Chemical processing simulations are discussed using specific examples.
