This article is concerned with the measurement of benefits that clients receive as a result of the counseling and rehabilitation services that are provided to them. Twenty-two instruments that may be useful in measuring rehabilitation outcomes are described. Practical applications of these instruments in assessing benefits to rehabilitation clients are discussed.
