There was an error in Table 1. In the first row (the Winickoff et al reference), the percentage of menthol cigarette smokers who supported the ban has been corrected to 47.7%. This is the correct proportion of African American menthol smokers (per footnote a) that supported a ban. The table has now been corrected.
