“Organized Crime”

Abstract

The writer has served for years as a police officer in England, Northern Rhodesia, and Canada, the last eight and a half years as Chief of Police.

The writer has undertaken courses of training in all the above countries, together with the United States, and holds certificates in Police Administration from the Ontario Police College, and in Municipal Police Administration from Institute for Training in Municipal Administration, and is a graduate of the Traffic Command School of the Pennsylvania State University.
