Abstract
Recently at the University of Bristol, the honorary degree of Master of Arts was conferred on a distinguished police officer, Mr. George Twist, C.B.E., Q.P.M., LL.M. one of Her Majesty's Inspectors of Constabulary and previously Chief Constable of the City and County of Bristol.
