Officer Selection in the British Army

Abstract

With so many police officers braving selection procedures for the Special Course it is of interest to look at officer selection in the British Army. Whilst researching into the training of second lieutenants I was invited to stay for a few days at the Regular Commissions Board and this article is based upon that visit.
