Abstract
Mr. Penry is a widely-travelled writer and lecturer with long and varied experience of administration and business. His interest in facial topography is of long standing—he published his first book on the subject, “Character from the Face”, in 1938—and his face-building techniques were presented on television (and in The Police Journal) over fifteen years ago. His article describes a system which will surely make a valuable, original contribution to police science.
