Abstract
Increasing numbers of motor vehicles from abroad, with their attendant problems, are travelling on our roads today. The advent of the European Common Market, which now affects the use of commercial motor vehicles here, makes it necessary that every police officer should have some knowledge of the legal position in this respect.
It is part of the function of THE POLICE JOURNAL to publish useful information which is not available elsewhere and our readers will be grateful for the research made by the author of this article.
