Abstract
In this month’s PDK Connection, CEO James F. Lane announces the association’s new vision (to eliminate the teacher shortage by reimagining educator pathways) and new mission (to inspire and grow current and rising educators to become community leaders and advocates for high quality education). Lane also shares information about a new member benefit and a new Kappan publication schedule. PDK members now have access to the Teaching Channel video library, while print editions of Kappan will be delivered to members four times a year (March, May, September, and December).
