Abstract
The PDK International Board of Directors and the PDK Educational Foundation Board of Governors have agreed that the organization needed a new governance structure that would enable it to move ahead in a unified and bold new strategic direction. In September 2016, the two governing boards agreed to merge into a single unified board. The change was effective immediately.
