Abstract
The food industry is an important sector of the Chinese economy, which contributes to the development of agriculture, the improvement of the national diet, the economic success of the country and a healthy and stable society. It is currently undergoing major scientific and technological advances, resulting in greater efficiency of resource utilization, a higher standard of nutrition of the population, and increased exports of food products.
