The major reform reports of the past decade have several com mon recommendations that require the attention of teacher educators. Those recommendations have been the subject of considerable debate. But they have not necessarily resulted in a specific set of implementation activities. The authors con ducted a survey of AACTE institutions to determine whether curriculum and program structure changes were occurring.
