Abstract
Summarizes and interprets a recent yearlong study of what ACPE persons expect of ministry and compares the findings to the Readiness for Ministry research of the early 1970s. Details some subject differences as related to age, sex, and supervisory status. The greatest number of differences were between males and females, although women and men reflected similarly in 93 percent of the items in the instruments. Invites readers to contribute to the attempt to improve the design of the study in order to secure a more accurate assessment of the impact of CPE on students.
