Abstract
What is the legal responsibility of buyers who bargain for preferential prices? This article discusses the difficult problem of trying to understand the legal requirements of Section 2 (f) of the Robinson-Patman Act. It attempts to clarify the law by surveying the important court decisions and their meaning for businessmen.
