Abstract
The U. S. Supreme Court was never more correct than in saying that “precision of expression is not an outstanding characteristic of the Robinson-Patman Act.”
This article shows the varied interpretations given by the FTC to one section of the Act, dealing with “commodities of like grade and quality.”
The author also shows how the phrase “like grade and quality” may be given sharper and less ambiguous meaning.
