Abstract
A start is being made in applying principles of advanced mathematics to problems of business competition. The author describes what he calls “business theorems,” derived in the same manner as the laws governing physical sciences.
He believes that theorems will help management to go more directly to the heart of the problem … by indicating the feasibility of objectives and by isolating the really important considerations from irrelevant factors.
