Abstract
In this article the author provides the reader with 15 key questions, the answers to which are designed to facilitate the development of collaborative and inclusive schools. The questions are organized into three categories: general and philosophical questions pertaining to inclusion, some questions about the basic mechanics of developing inclusion programs, and some questions about the practical implementation of inclusion. Emphasis is placed on the provision of a modified continuum of services via a variety of ways of supporting teachers in inclusive classrooms.
