Abstract
Fifteen new Child Service Demonstration grants have been awarded under Title VI, Part G of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. This 1970 legislation, P.L. 91-230, authorized the U.S. Commission of Education to make such grants to states to assist in the initiation, expansion and improvement of programs and projects for the education of handicapped children at the preschool, elementary, and secondary school levels. This special report gives information on each of the newly funded programs.
