To enter or not enter a child in kindergarten at the legal age is a question that has plagued parents and teachers for many years. Can a chronologically “young” five year old keep up with another child who is considered to be “immature for his age.” It seems we know a great deal about this problem and yet still not enough since the question annually arises.—C.C.E.
