Abstract

The Fifth Joint Meeting of the Japan Society for Histochemistry and Cytochemistry and the Histochemicai Society will be held July 23-26, 1998, on the campus of the University of California, San Diego, La Jolla, California. Addressed are scientists working in microscopical sciences (in the widest sense) as well as in biochemistry, cell biology, endocrinology, in situ molecular techniques and neurosciences. Scientists in their mid-careers (assistant or associate professor, priv. doz.) are encouraged to apply. The prize is not intended for lifetime contributions.
The applications should contain (in duplicate sets) a short curriculum vitae, a 1000 word summary of the contributions of the applicant and reprints of the pertinent publications.
