Abstract
Through the press of the country it is known that our Editor-in-chief was honored at the Dallas Meeting of the Department of Superintendence by the presentation of a watch chain of forty-eight links from teachers of the forty-eight states of the Union.
In response to requests from all over the country we have decided to print the address and the accompanying photograph, taking advantage of Dr. Winship's absence from the office and running the risk of consequences!
