The effect of H-2 specific alloimmune IgG on mouse molar tooth germs maintained in organ culture was assessed by light microscopy. Histological changes not evident in control incubation material were ascribed to the membrane-mediated effects of alloimmune IgG. A role of H-2 in murine odontogenesis is implicated.
