The effect of indomethacin, which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, on Ca2+-stimulated adenosine triphosphatase (Ca2+-ATPase) activity in the microsomes of rat submandibular gland was investigated. The effect of aspirin on Ca 2+-ATPase activity was also studied.
