An enamel acid-conditioning (etching) solution, an ultraviolet (UV) light-polymerized lining, and an UV light-polymerized composite restorative resin are not injurious to the primate dental pulp in deep cavity preparations providing the floor of the tooth cavity is lined with CaOH before material system placement.
