The fluoride, calcium, phosphorus, and citrate composition of the developing deciduous dentition seems to be reflected by the ionic composition of the tissue fluids. The fluoride difference between the sequential monthly stages of development was not appreciable, probably because of the fast rate of accretion of mineral with advancing fetal age.
