SYNOPSIS IN INTERLINGUA LE EFFECTOS DE CORTISONA E THALIDOMIDA SUPER LE MORPHOGENESE DEL PALATO SECUNDARI IN MUSES A/HEJ.—Un studio del palatogenese normal durante le periodo inter die 11 1/2 e 16 1/2 post le conception ha monstrate que le clausura palatal occurre approximativemente al die 15. Le administration intraperitonee de thalidomida in doses de 10 e de 15 mg. resultava in nulle malformation palatal quando illo esseva effectuate 11 1/2 dies post le conception. Acetato de cortisona in doses de 5 e 10 mg. causava 35, respectivemente 83 pro cento de palatos fisse.
