Abstract

SYNOPSIS IN INTERLINGUA LE MATURATION POSTERUPTIVE DEL DENTES. II. LE NORMAL MATURATION POSTERUPTIVE DEL DENTES DEL HAMSTER.-Esseva studiate alterationes del morphologia e del resistentia contra acido in adamante de dentes del hamster in correlation con le crescente etate del dentes. Un progressivemente plus spisse strato de adamante con crescente densitate e resistentia contra acido se formava e progredeva in le direction del pulpa con le avantiamento del etate del dente. Le accrescite spissitate e densitate—e, presumitemente, le decrescite permeabilitate-de ille strato es grossiermente in parallela con le declino del activitate cariogene in dentes de hamster durante le avantiamento del etate del animal. Simile alterationes in dentes human explica possibilemente le decrescente susceptibilitate pro carie con le progresso del etate. In le interesse del disveloppamento de methodos pro le acceleration del resistentia contra carie, il es proponite que dentes del hamster es usate pro studiar le possibilitate de stimular le formation del strato mentionate.
