Abstract

SYNOPSIS IN INTERLINGUA LE EFFECTOS DE BREVE PERIODOS DE TRACTAMENTO CON LATHYROGENO SUPER LE FORTIA DE RESISTENTIA CONTRA RUPTURAS IN VULNERES DURANTE LE PROCESSO GUARITORI.—Le alterationes de tissu conjunctive incontrate in lathyrismo experimental es possibilemente mediate per le liberation de collagenase tissular. Iste hypothese esseva testate indirectemente per un analyse del fortia tensile de vulneres cutanee in stato guaritori in rattos subjicite a injectiones de fumarato de di-beta-aminopropionitril. Tres consecutive injectiones diurne causava un declino in le fortia de resistentia contra rupturation usque ad un nivello infra illo attingite per vulneres de controlo 3 dies previemente. II pare justificate concluder que iste resultatos se trova in harmonia con le hypothese sub investigation, sed il non es justificate concluder que illos provide un prova de illos in ulle senso del termino. Un studio simultanee del acceptation de sulfato ha remanite inconclusive.
