Sectiones histologic de dentina incisal ab omne le gruppos experimental esseva tincturate per varie methodos histochimic pro determinar le influentia de hydrocortisona e/o fluoruro super le calcification de dentina. Le dentina tractate con hydrocortisona e etiam illo tractate con fluoruro se tincturava un rubio forte con P.A.S. e exhibiva un abundantia de material a positivitate blau alcian que esseva marcatemente metachromatic in natura. Iste reactiones tincturatori pare indicar un alteration in le substantia de fundo, un situation que produceva un interferentia in le calcification de dentina.
