SYNOPSIS IN INTERLINGUA

INCORPORATION DE RADIOACTIVE AMINO-ACIDOS AD IN LE PROTEINAS DEL TISSU ORAL.—Le characteristicas del incorporation de leucina a C¹⁴ ad in le raphe palatal del porco de India esseva studiate. Raphe palatal incorporava le radioactive amino-acido ad in su proteina plus rapidemente que un equivalente systema de trenchos hepatic. Anaerobiose, 24 horas de jejuno, elimination de glucosa, e varie inhibitores educeva le incorporation. Radioautographia monstrava que le plus grande parte del proteina a marcation radioactive appareva in le stratos epithelial. Le resultatos suggere que le circuitos del biosynthese de proteina in le tissu oral es simile a illo previemente reportate pro altere tissus e que iste systema in vitro provide possibilemente un medio pro studiar le metabolismo de proteina in varie disordines oral.
