Abstract

SYNOPSIS IN INTERLINGUA

UTILISATION DEL ULTRAMICRORESPIROMETRO DIFFERENTIAL IN LE STUDIO DEL PULPA DE INCISORES DEL RATTO.—Le acceptation de oxygeno (Qo₂) del pulpa de incisores del ratto esseva studiate per medio de un technica de ultramicrorespirometria differential permittente le uso de specimens de tissu amontante a solmente 10 mg. Per consequente, il esseva possible studiar le acceptation de oxygeno in le pulpa del incisores de un sol ratto Sprague-Dawley o mesmo in le pulpa de un sol incisor individual. Le pulpa de rattos senil pareva respirar a un nivello de intensitate 16 pro cento inferior a illo de juvene animales. Iste differentia exhibi un bon correlation con le resultatos de concomitantemente effectuate studios del frequentia de eruptiones dental como function del tempore.
