The values in the text of the manuscript that refer to Fig. 4 are incorrect as noted in the abstract and first paragraph of the results, p.754. The correct numbers are 39 patients displaying PDP and 44 patients exhibiting stability. The percentage of PDP is 71% and the percentage demonstrating stability is 76%. The correct p value is 0.0007.
